Core components of thick plate slitting machine
1. Unwinding system
The thick plate slitting machine equipment uses a hydraulic loading trolley to carry and transport heavy metal coils. The coil is accurately positioned to the unwinding machine position through a hydraulic lifting device to ensure that the center of the coil is aligned with the axis of the equipment. Unwinding machines usually use a cantilever structure, which fixes the inner diameter of the coil by expanding the cone head to achieve stable unwinding and prevent deformation of heavy coils.
2. Leveling machine
It consists of multiple groups of carbide rollers arranged in an alternating manner up and down. It eliminates the internal stress of the coil by flattening to ensure the flatness of the material. Thick plate leveling machines usually use a 9-roller structure with a pressure of hundreds of tons
3. Pinching and leveling and plate head shear
It includes hydraulic or pneumatic pinching wheels, coupled with a stepless speed regulation motor drive to achieve uniform material feeding; the plate head shear is used to cut off the irregular part of the coil head to ensure a flush cut.
4. Slitting machine
The blade shaft of the thick plate slitting machine is made of 40Cr forged material with a diameter of more than φ120mm, and the surface is high-frequency quenched to ensure high rigidity and wear resistance, and the longitudinal runout accuracy is ≤0.03mm.
The carbide disc blade of the tool adjusts the slitting width through a precision spacer to support the high torque requirements when shearing thick plates.
5. Hydraulic tension station
The tension is adjusted through closed-loop servo control or magnetic powder clutch to avoid loose or overlapping belts during the winding process of the thick plate slitting machine, and the tension fluctuation can be controlled within ±2%
The winding machine adopts a hydraulic jaw or jaw winding structure, equipped with a conical expansion and contraction reel, which is suitable for finished narrow strip rolls with different inner diameters. Some models are equipped with multi-station winding to support continuous production.
