5. Before correction, adjust the opening amount first. The upward opening amount is positive, and the downward opening amount is negative. Set the digital display to "±0" at the "0" point. When adjusting the opening amount of the working roller, it is not allowed to press down with the compliance.


6. When feeding the steel plate, it should enter from the middle of the leveling machine, and it should not be skewed to avoid damaging the machine.


7. When the steel plate is corrected, the machine should pass through once as much as possible, and do not stop. If the machine is stuck due to material jamming, press the main machine stop or rotation button to return the steel plate. It is strictly forbidden to operate the relevant buttons of the movable beam.


8. After the same steel plate passes the test once, its value should be saved for the next correction.


9. The steel plate is wavy during correction, which means that the pressure of the working roller is too large, and it is adjusted by the rising working roller.


10. Keep the equipment clean at all times. After use, the rollers, tables, covers, covers, etc. should be wiped clean and refueled, the surface of the rollers should be oiled, and the chain should be refueled every 30-50 working hours to prevent rust and avoid affecting the normal operation of the machine.
