What Is Cut To Length Line Machine?
For use in further metal processing, the BRUTE metal cut to length machine is designed to shear metal coils of various thicknesses into sheets of a specific width.
To ensure the production line operates effectively, cut to length manufacturing lines typically comprise a variety of production tools. Metals with a thickness of 4-10 MM or thicker are often processed using metal cut-to-length shearing lines.
What Our New Design?
In order to increase the production speed of the line, BRUTE designed and optimized the flying shear machine, which is able to cut with uninterrupted precision and increase the speed from 20m/min up to 80m/min.
The fast shear has very specialized requirements for the quality and design of the part, both to ensure the quality of the product and to increase the production speed.
The last part of the CTL line can be optionally equipped with automatic stacking equipment, which enables automatic stacking of sheets. Reduce labor cost and improve production efficiency.
The HMI display is an electronic control system with Mitsubishi, Yaskawa, Siemens, Baumiller, Delta, Schneider and other leading brands.
Working Process Of Cut To Length Line Machine:

Principal Elements of the Cut to Length Line
The maximum capacity of the BRUTE hydraulic cantilever for uncoiling and supporting coils is 15 tons.
The uncoiler is retractable and suited for the coil inside diameter thanks to hydraulic cylinders. It has a cantilever arm attached.
For high speed feed and exact length control adjustment, the BRUTE leveling machine is driven by a servo motor. Programmable control is used to operate the control console.

The components of a pneumatic system include a gas source (which the demander supplies), gas source processing parts, a salennoid, associated pipelines and cylinders, etc.

Making good use of the metal cutting to length line
- Coil must be positioned correctly to maintain the weight balance. Before it can be reset, the coil trolley must fix and tighten the coil into the decoiler.
- To stop the coil head from popping open, press the coil head with the traction roller before opening the coil package.
- The operator must not stand on the coil while the machine is in operation.
